MACARONI SALAD 
3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 c. prepared salad dressing
1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 c. ripe olives, thinly sliced

In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until blended. Cover, chill. Garnish as desired. Makes 4 cups.

CHICKEN - MACARONI SALAD: Add 2 cups cooked, diced chicken. Makes 6 cups.
