LOUISIANA CHOCOLATE CAKE 
In 4 quart saucepan add 1 cup water, 1 stick butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1/2 cup oil. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add 2 cups sugar, 2 cups flour, 2 eggs - beaten, and 1/2 cup buttermilk Beat until smooth and add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Pour into a greased 11 x 16 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

ICING:

4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter

Combine milk, cocoa, butter, and vanilla in saucepan. Cook on medium heat until hot - do not boil. Remove from heat and add sugar. Ice cake while hot.
