CHICKEN CASSEROLE #2 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions rings
1 pkg. California style frozen vegetables, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk

Combine chicken, thawed vegetables, soup and milk. Add 1 cup onions. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover. Top with remaining onions. Return to oven 5 to 10 minutes, until onions are browned. Serves 6.
