CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken or turkey, cooked
2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French style string beans, thawed
1 can chop suey vegetables, drained
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients (except onion rings) together. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings on top and bake 10 minutes more. Serves 8-10.
