CHICKEN POT PIE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can Veg-All
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion, diced
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

BATTER:

1 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

Boil chicken breasts and remove from bone. Layer the chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Add cream of chicken soup, Veg-All (drained), onion and salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken broth.

Batter: Mix well and pour over ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Instead of batter you may use cracker crumbs. Crumble crackers and put butter on top.
