1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen, thaw and drained)
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can water chestnuts (sliced and chopped)
1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Serve as a spread with crackers or good with Fritoes as a dip.
