GRANOLA 
4 c. rolled oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. ground roasted soy beans (also called soy grits)
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla

Heat honey and oil and then add to dry ingredients with vanilla. Bake in shallow pan at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring now and then. Watch it closely because it burns easily.
