CHIX SALAD 
1 pkg. boneless breast of chix (1 lb.)
1/4 lb. grapes (cut in half)
1/4 c. crushed walnuts
Light mayonnaise
Pepper

1. Boil chix until chix is cooked all the way through.

2. Let chix cool in refrigerator.

3. Dice chix. Add to bowl with grapes cut in 1/2, and walnuts. Mix well.

4. Add mayonnaise to your taste. Serve on bed of lettuce with cottage cheese, fruit salad or in a pita.
