BOJANGLES BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. shortening
1 c. buttermilk

Sift flour, baking powder and powdered sugar together. Stir together all ingredients well. When kneading bread, you may need to add more flour so it will not be sticky. Bake at 450 degrees. When biscuits begin to rise, brush with melted butter; cook until done.
