2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 envelope pre-melted chocolate
1/3 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk and 1 tbsp. vinegar to sour

Combine all in large bowl. Beat on low 30 seconds. Beat at medium 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan. Top with: 1 tsp. vanilla 2 2/3 c. coconut

Mix until coconut is completely covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until cake springs back when touched.
