1 c. macaroon paste
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 lb. pignoli nuts

Mix together ingredients and mix thoroughly. Make round balls and roll into pignoli nuts. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or less. Take off immediately from tray, slowly.
