SEAFOOD MOLD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 bunches shallots, chopped fine
3 pkgs. plain gelatin
2 tbsp. water
3 lbs. peeled, cooked shrimp
1 1/2 lbs. crabmeat

Warm soup and cream cheese together until cheese melts. Add all ingredients except shrimp and crab; mix well. Then add crabmeat; mix well. Then add shrimp. Soften gelatin with water. When soft, add to shrimp and crabmeat mix. Pour into greased mold. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers.
