PIZZA 
6 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
A little warm water
Olive oil
2 cans sardines (or salmon or salami)
2 c. chopped onions
Bread crumbs
1-2 cans tomato sauces
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Mozzarella cheese

Mix flour, yeast, and warm water together until smooth. Put in warm place, cover, and let rise. When ready, mix again with a little flour. Then let rise again. Put on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Brush a little olive oil on top. Place sardines, onions, a few bread crumbs, and tomato sauce. Sprinkle top with cheese, salt, and pepper. Prick with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
