CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, drained
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pineapple juice

Bring brown sugar, butter, cornstarch, cinnamon, and pineapple juice to a boil. Pour over sweet potatoes and pineapple bits in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with miniature marshmallows. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until marshmallows are browned.
