HAM BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. finely chopped, fully cooked, smoked ham
4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (16 oz.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. prepared spicy mustard
2/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on a lightly greased or sprayed jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch). Place in a preheated 350°F oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Remove from pan immediately and serve warm.

Makes about 7 dozen balls.
