HAM SPAGHETTI SKILLET 
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving 1 to 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels; crumble and set aside. Saute onion and green pepper in reserved drippings in skillet until vegetables are tender. Add ham and cook until lightly browned. Add garlic and tomatoes; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir cooked spaghetti into ham mixture, and sprinkle with cheese. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Sprinkle spaghetti with bacon before serving. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
