HAM TETRAZZINI WITH SPAGHETTI 
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
2 c. half and half or evaporated milk (or nonfat milk)
3 tbsp. cooking sherry, optional
1 tsp. salt
Dash garlic powder, dash pepper
3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti cooked
2 c. cooked ham

Saute onion in butter, blend in flour. Stir in mild and half and half cook until smooth and thickened. Add sherry, salt and pepper. Mix 1/2 cup cheese and spaghetti in baking dish along with the ham. Top with remaining cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
