HOT CHOCOLATE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 tsp. salt
5 c. water
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 c. milk
Marshmallows (optional)

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in a large Dutch oven and mix well. Slowly stir in water and bring to a boil. Add milk; cook just until heated (do not boil). Place marshmallows in cups and fill cups with hot chocolate and serve. Yield: 10 cups.
