3/4 lb. ground round 1/4 c. chopped onion 3 garlic cloves 1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning 1 (11 oz.) can refrigerated French loaf 4 (10 oz.) slices Mozzarella cheese Cook first 3 ingredients in large skillet; drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Unroll French loaf; roll into a 16-inch square. Cut into 4 squares. Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture onto center of each square. Fold over to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned. Serve with remaining spaghetti sauce. Yield: 4 servings. |
