HAMBURGER PIE 
2 frozen pie crust
1 lb. hamburger
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can tomatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and drain fat. Saute onion briefly with hamburger, mix all ingredients except pie crusts and cheese. Divide hamburger/vegetable mixture evenly in two pie crusts. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
