DUMP CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients into 9 x 13 inch pan. Make 3 holes and add liquids. Pour water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
