GRANDMA SHOUPS CHILI SAUCE 
25 lg. tomatoes
2 lg. green peppers
5 med. onions
2 bunches celery
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper

Chop tomatoes and cook until soft. Chop peppers, onions, and celery. Add vegetables, salt, and pepper to tomatoes. Simmer. Add sugar and vinegar and cook awhile longer. Makes about 5 pints.
