FAYE'S MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 oz.)
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
chocolate syrup

Boil water and butter. Remove from heat and add 1 c. flour. Add eggs, one at a time. Spread on large cookie sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Cool. Make vanilla pudding. Mix in cream cheese and spread on top of cake. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
