3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar

Mix ingredients like pie crust with fork or fingers. Beat eggs well; add sugar and stir into first mixture. Chill dough.

Roll out thin and bake in hot oven 8-10 minutes. When cool, frost with ornamental frosting and trim with colored sugar.
