FAT FREE CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
In a small saucepan stir together 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, and 4 teaspoons cornstarch. Add 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir the sauce for 2 minutes more. Remove from the heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Serve the sauce warm or cool. To serve, drizzle sauce onto ice milk, frozen yogurt, or angel food cake. Top with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, peaches, and apricots. Makes about 1 cup sauce. Refrigerate any remaining sauce, covered. 47 calories per tablespoon and 0 g fat, 0 mg. cholesterol.
