FRESH PEACH SAUCE 
2 c. crushed fresh peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla (or half almond extract)

In a sauce pan mix peaches, sugar and orange juice. Stir until boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 15 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and extract. Serve warm on pound cake or parfait filling. Makes 2 cups.
