RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. self rising flour
1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal

Beat eggs well; add oil, sugar and buttermilk. Mix well. Add cereal and extra raisins if desired (1 cup). Mix well. Fill muffin paper 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Mixture can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 weeks. Cook the number desired each morning.
