SLOPPY JOES WITH WHITE SAUCE 
A different and delicious take on red Sloppy Joes!

1 lb. ground beef (90% lean)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
small onion, diced
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste (optional)

Brown and scramble ground beef with diced onion and dash of garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for about 20 minutes (keep moist with additional water if needed).

Serve on crusty buns or soft buns. You can garnish with sliced tomato and lettuce.
