1 jar dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix marshmallows and peanuts together. Melt chocolate chips and Eagle Brand milk together over low heat. Add to marshmallows and nuts. Stir well to coat completely. Put in buttered long pan and keep refrigerated.
