MARGIE'S CINNAMON ROLL-UPS 
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk

Cut butter into flour, add sour cream to which egg yolk has been added. Form into ball and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for several hours. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out on lightly floured board. Shape dough like a pizza pie.

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle portion over dough. Cut into 16ths and roll up each strip large end to small end. Bake on greased cookie sheet 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
