MIRACLE PIE (CRUSTLESS) 
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
25 rounds Ritz crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
1 c. pecans, chopped (opt.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavor
1/2 pt. whipping cream, sweetened for whipped topping
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate curls for garnishing (cut with knife from chocolate bar)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Add sugar. Beat well. Fold in crackers, pecans, vanilla and butter flavoring. Pour into 10" greased and floured pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely.

TOPPING: Add vanilla to cream before whipping. Top pie with whipped cream, garnish with chocolate curls. This pie will sink slightly in the middle, therefore, making its own crust. Freezes well for a short while.
