CRUSTLESS CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. cream cheese (2-8 oz. pkgs.)
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese in mixer bowl. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat mixture until it's smooth. Have 9-inch glass pie pan buttered. (Use a deep dish pie pan as it puffs up during baking.)

Pour mixture into dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Take pie from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients until well blended and pour over top of pie. Return it to oven to bake 5-10 minutes (until topping is set but not browned).
