CRUSTLESS BROWNIE PIE | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Combine first 7 ingredients; beat 4 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Stir in nuts. Spread batter evenly into a buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. (Pie will puff then fall slightly.) Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping. |
