PERFECTION SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 2/3 c. boiling water
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shredded carrots
Pinch of salt

Thoroughly dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Cool slightly. Add cabbage, carrots, and celery.
