CARROT CAKE SUPREME 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines delux carrot cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Crisco oil or Puritan oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, undrained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients in large bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Spread batter in greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until cake tests done with toothpick.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

In medium bowl, mix 4 oz. softened cream cheese and 2 teaspoons lemon juice until well blended. Stir in 1 can Duncan Hines vanilla frosting.
