BAKED BEEF STEW 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
2 ribs celery, sliced
4 potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
2 med. onions, cut in pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Minute tapioca
Pepper to taste

Dissolve 3 beef bouillon cubes in 2 cups hot water. Combine all ingredients together. Place in a covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
