CRACKLING CORN BREAD 
2 c. corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. crackling

Put corn meal into bowl. Put salt, baking powder, buttermilk and flour. Mix well. Put in crackling. Pour into a greased pan. Put into a 450°F oven for about 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
