CHICKEN CUTLETS 
6-8 boneless, skinless, chicken cutlets
Breading (corn flake crumbs, flour, bread crumbs, etc.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of milk
6-8 sm. slices Mozzarella cheese

Bread cutlets; brown in hot oil. Arrange in baking dish, topping each cutlet with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Blend soup and milk. Pour this mixture over all. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes; remove foil and bake additional 15 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly.

Good prepared a day ahead and baked just before dinner. Serves 4-6.
