CHICKEN FRUIT SALAD 
3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. seedless green grape halves
1 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. lemon juice or frozen orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Black olives
Lettuce

Combine chicken, fruit and celery. Combine mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Pour over chicken mixture, tossing to coat. Chill. Serve in lettuce cups and garnish with almonds and olives. 6 servings.
