CHILI RELLANO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can whole green chilies
2 c. grated Monterey Jack
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Pepper
Salsa

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray Pam to oil casserole dish. Drain chilies. Place half the chilies in dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Layer remaining chilies. Mix together eggs, milk and pepper. Pour over casserole. Add remaining cheese (top). Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with salsa.
