Roll in cinnamon sugar (1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup sugar mixed).
In bundt or tube pan on low burner heat melt one stick of butter. Add 1 cup brown sugar. Heat and stir well. Pour about half of this mixture into cup and save. Turn heat off under pan. If desired add some honey to pan and stir. Then arrange some pecans or walnuts in pan (1/2 cup), now drop the pieces of biscuits evenly in layers on top. Pour the reserved brown sugar and butter mix over all. Bake 350-375 degrees, 20 to 30 minutes.
Spread waxed paper on cabinet under cooling rack. Cool slightly. Invert pan. With spatula you can scoop up any nuts and syrup that drips onto the waxed paper and put it back onto the top. It will thicken as it cools. Just pull apart with fingers. Don't try to slice it. Serve warm.
