CREAMED HAM AND POTATOES 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c onion, chopped
4 c. potatoes, sliced
2 c. milk
2 c. cooked ham, diced
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. water
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Chopped parsley

Melt butter in large saucepan. Saute onion. Add potatoes and milk. Stir well. When it comes to a low boil, reduce heat; cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Combine flour and water, stir in; cook until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese and parsley. Serves 4.
