2 lg. onions, sliced 1 green pepper, cut up 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. uncooked rice 2 c. canned tomatoes 1/2 - 1 tsp. chili powder Scant 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Saute onions and green pepper. Add ground beef and fry until brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake, covered about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Serves 4 or 5. |
