VANILLA CREAM PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Combine milk and egg yolks, gradually stir into sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until it thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla.
