SHISH KA BOB SAUCE 
4 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix together. Simmer over low heat 1 hour. Brush on skewered beef, onions, peppers and cherry tomatoes. Grill frequently brushing with sauce. Pass remainder of sauce to pour over meat, vegetables and rice.
