LAMB SHISH-KA-BOB 
5 lbs. cubed lamb
1 c. olive oil
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1/2 c. dried or fresh mint

Put pieces of lamb in marinade and cover; let marinate for 3-6 hours or overnight. Put on skewer: lamb, peppers (green and/or red), onion. Cook over charcoal or gas grill.
