1 stick butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. each Wheat Chex, Rice Chex and Cheerios
3/4 c. mixed nuts
1 c. stick pretzels

Melt butter, sauce and garlic powder. Stir in the rest of the stuff. Bake for 1 hour in 200 oven. Stir.
