HOLIDAY PUNCH 
1 c. sugar
1 (2") piece stick cinnamon
5 whole cloves
5 whole allspice
2 c. water
2 cans (6 oz. each) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cans (6 oz. each) frozen limeade
2 bottles (1 pt. 12 oz. each) quinine water (chilled)
2 bottles (1 pt. 12 oz. each) carbonated water (chilled)
Ice block or ring

Ring - freezing mint sprigs and small fruit in ice ring makes punch more attractive if in punch bowl.

Combine sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, allspice and water in small saucepan; heat to boiling, simmer 5 minutes. Strain and cool.

When ready, to serve punch, pour spiced water mixture into punch bowl; stir in frozen lemonade, limeade, quinine water and carbonated water. Float ice block on top. Surround bowl with clusters of green grapes. Makes 50 punch cup servings.
