WHITE CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans Green Giant shoe peg corn (white), drained
1 carton whipping cream
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour

Place drained corn in a casserole dish. In a saucepan over low or medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and whipping cream. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour over corn and bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Tastes like fresh fried corn.
