HONEY-BAKED CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) chicken (cut up)
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder

Place chicken, skin side up, in 9x13x2 baking pan. Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours basting with pan juices every 15 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
